At Manifest Ranker, we are committed to providing quality educational services for APPSC Group 2 preparation. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations, refunds, and related procedures.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Free Plan

  • No payment required
  • No refund applicable
  • Account can be deleted at any time

2.2 Premium Plan

  • Price: ₹200 for 3 months
  • Includes 3 complete test attempts
  • Access to detailed analytics and solutions
  • Valid for 3 months from purchase date

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Full Refund (100%)

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the service due to platform-related technical issues that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription due to payment processing errors
  • Service Not Delivered: If you do not receive access to premium features within 24 hours of successful payment
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If the payment was made without your authorization (subject to verification)

Partial Refund (Pro-rated)

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service quality within 7 days of purchase and have used less than 1 complete attempt
  • Medical Emergency: If you cannot continue using the service due to documented medical reasons

3.2 No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After using 2 or more complete test attempts
  • After the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period (unless technical issues)
  • If your account is terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • For expired subscriptions (after 3-month validity period)
  • Change of mind after the 7-day period
  • If you fail to use the service during the validity period
  • Due to poor exam performance or unsatisfactory test scores

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Premium Subscription Cancellation

  • Premium subscriptions are valid for 3 months and do not auto-renew
  • You can request cancellation at any time by contacting support
  • Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless conditions in Section 3.1 are met
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

4.2 Account Deletion

  • You may request complete account deletion at any time
  • Account deletion will remove all your data, progress, and test history
  • This action is irreversible
  • Account deletion does not automatically qualify for a refund

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

  3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

5.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-7 business days (varies by bank)

5.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase
  • For UPI/Net Banking: Refund to the original bank account
  • For Credit/Debit Cards: Refund to the original card
  • Processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from refunds

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues During Exams

  • If you experience technical issues during an exam attempt, contact support immediately
  • We may provide additional attempts or extend your subscription validity
  • Document the issue with screenshots if possible
  • Refunds may be considered if issues cannot be resolved promptly

6.2 Service Interruptions

  • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Unplanned outages may qualify for subscription extensions or partial refunds
  • Compensation will be proportional to the service disruption

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Internal Resolution

  • All refund disputes will first be handled through our customer support
  • We aim to resolve all disputes within 7-10 business days
  • Escalation to senior management available for unresolved issues

7.2 Payment Gateway Disputes

  • If internal resolution fails, you may raise a dispute with your bank or payment provider
  • We will cooperate fully with legitimate chargeback investigations
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension

8. Modification of Services

8.1 Service Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify our service features and pricing
  • Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any changes affect them
  • Significant service reductions may qualify for pro-rated refunds

8.2 Service Discontinuation

  • In the unlikely event of service discontinuation, all active subscribers will receive full refunds
  • Minimum 60 days notice will be provided before service closure
  • User data export will be made available before closure

  • Decline refunds for accounts with history of policy violations
